- 2 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
- 3 cup Pure Shahji Desi Ghee
- 2 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon edible food color
To make Ghee Besan Ladoo all you have to do is, follow these simple and quick steps:
In a large bowl, add 2 1/2 cups of gram flour (besan) and mix it with orange colour. Add water and a little baking soda in it. Blend the mixture to get the perfect consistency of paste and make sure it does no have any lumps left.
Heat Pure Shahji Desi Ghee in a large deep frying pan and put perforated ladle on the top of heating ghee and add some batter. The batter will fall in the heating ghee and cook and turn into boondi. Transfer the boondi on paper to remove excess oil.
Boil water and sugar in a pan to attain perfect consistency for chashni. You can add cardamom powder to sugar syrup to enhance its flavour. Add boondis in a sugar syrup while cooking and mix it perfectly with sugar syrup. Cover the lid and turn off the flame.
