How to Use Gir Cow Ghee?

Traditional Bilona ProcessBilona is the traditional method of making desi ghee. In this method, Cow’s milk is boiled and coole to a cetain temperature. Then a spoonful of curd is added to this milk and kept at room temperature overnight to make curd. The curd is then churned to extract butter from it. This butter is then boiled so that the water evaporates leaving behind desi ghee.

How we make A2 Gir Cow ghee?
Simple question,but the process is not that much simple: Traditional Method of making a2 ghee is called Bilona. We make our All the Ghee with Bilona Method. The traditional method of making a2 ghee starts with fresh milking of desi cows.
The milk is boiled to remove bacteria and other impurities and cooled down to a warm temperature. Setting curds is done in earthen pots.
Churning during the bilona process is done with a wooden instrument in an earthen pot. A2 Gir Cow Ghee made in this way is pure bilona ghee. This is the traditional method of making ghee.
It has all the properties as described in Vedas and Ayurvedic Shahtras. prepared by the bilona churning method, is costly than the desi ghee prepared with Commercial method where companies use machines and chemicals to prepare ghee.
In bilona churning method a2 ghee making procedure we make ghee by hand churn method and 30 KG of Curd is used to make just 1 KG of desi ghee plus manual labour. Which makes A2 Ghee price a little more expensive than the other ghee available in the market.
