2. Direct Cream Method

In this method, the cream is separated from milk either using centrifugation or by heating milk. The cream is then directly cooked to make ghee. This method is used by many dairy companies since the cost involved is lesser. The ghee, however, is not as rich in nutrients as bilona ghee.
