What If My Order Got Cancelled Automatically?
We understand how frustrating it can be to see your order get cancelled unexpectedly. Automatic cancellations may occur due to a few common reasons such as – Payment Gateway Errors, Stock Unavailability, System Glitch or Verification Failure. Here’s what happens next:
1. If No Payment Was Deducted
If your payment didn’t go through, there’s nothing to worry about. The order will be cancelled, and you won’t be charged.
2. If Payment Was Deducted
If the amount was debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Still Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If the refund hasn’t appeared in your account after 7 business days, please reach out to our support team with your Order ID and payment reference. We’ll look into it immediately and ensure a quick resolution.
