At Shahji Ghee, we ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for all eligible cancellations and returns. Refunds are initiated based on the original payment method and processed within the stipulated timeframe.
1. Refund for Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)
- If you made a prepaid payment, the refund will be credited directly to your original payment source.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after your cancellation or return request is approved.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is successfully initiated.
2. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Since COD orders involve no upfront payment, a refund (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.
- Our customer support team will contact you to collect the necessary bank details for the refund process.
- The processing time for COD refunds is 7-10 business days after confirmation.
