1. Order Not Delivered
- Track Your Order – Use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email/SMS to check the current status.
- Delayed Shipment? – If your order for A2 Ghee is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.
2. Received Wrong or Damaged Product
- Report the Issue – If you receive an incorrect or damaged package, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Proof – Share clear images of the received product and packaging.
- Resolution – Based on verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund for your Shahji Ghee purchase.
3. Payment Issues
- Verify Transaction – Ensure your payment was successfully processed.
- Deducted but Not Confirmed? – If the amount has been debited but your order is not confirmed, share the transaction details with our team for resolution.
4. Updating Shipping Address
