Return Policy and Conditions – Shahji Ghee
At Shahji Ghee, we take pride in delivering the highest quality A2 Gir Cow Ghee, A2 Sahiwal Cow Ghee, and Murrah Buffalo Ghee to our customers. Our Premium A2 Ghee is carefully packed to maintain its purity and freshness. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Applicable Cases: Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Return Request Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Non-Eligible Cases for Returns
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Returns due to personal preferences (e.g., taste, texture, or packaging differences).
- Failure to report the issue within the specified return period.
3. How to Initiate a Return Request?
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Order Details: Share your Order ID and clear images of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Return Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.
4. Important Notes:
- Replacement or Refund: Depending on stock availability, we may offer a replacement for your order. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
