The Cows
Our Gir cows produce unique A2 milk.
Gir cows are a native Indian breed known for naturally producing A2 milk.
Unlike crossbred cows, their milk contains A2 beta-casein protein, which is considered easier to digest and closer to traditional dairy consumed in India for generations.
Our cows are raised in a natural, grass-fed environment with ethical care and no artificial interventions.

THE BILONA PROCESS
The traditional method - slow, but pure
We use the traditional bilona method, where curd is hand-churned to extract butter, which is then slowly heated to make ghee.
This method takes significantly more time compared to commercial processing, but it preserves nutrients, aroma, and authentic taste.
